A while ago I was talking at a CBS bible study, when I told the story of a ship that docked at small island giving away free food. People from all over the village came to the dock. Some came and just took a bag; others came and took a wheel barrow full. Finally some came and took truck loads. I asked the people at the CBS which group was right in what they took. Generally they all said the third group were unfair and too greedy. The story is actually a parable. God says to each group that he has more for them than they can possibly ever take. What about you? Have you had enough of God? Is the amount you know of God just a little, some more; or lots? are you ''satisfied''? because I believe God isn''t. He always wants to give you more; always wants you to ask for more; pleaased when you ask for more of him and his Spirit. I know in the story we have read Elijiah says ''it is a difficult thing you ask for'', but that was then. Now - for God - its easy. In luke 11 it says, ''How mu
